Who is The Ghoul in Fallout?
The bounty hunter who was Cooper Howard · The Wasteland
The Ghoul (The bounty hunter who was Cooper Howard) is a character in Fallout, part of The Wasteland. Two hundred years before the bounty, Cooper Howard was Hollywood's singing cowboy — a movie star doing kids' birthday parties in the same week the bombs fell. What walks the wasteland now is the Ghoul: noseless, ageless, kept functional by vials of chaw and a professional's contempt for sentiment. He hunts bounties by the golden rule of the wasteland — thou shalt get sidetracked by bullshit every goddamn time — and remembers the old world far too well.
