Horacio Carrillo (Search Bloc commander) is a character in Narcos, part of Government & Search Bloc. Colonel Horacio Carrillo built the Search Bloc into the only Colombian unit Escobar can't buy — partly by paying his men enough pride to refuse, mostly by being unbuyable himself. He fights the cartel with the cartel's arithmetic: informants, raids, and a brutality he considers the cost of arresting an army. The Americans trust him, the politicians fear him, and Medellín's sicarios have a price on his head that keeps going up.
