Sevika (The right hand with the Shimmer arm) is a character in Arcane, part of Silco's Operation. Sevika bet against Vander's peace early — walking out of the Last Drop and into Silco's operation, where her loyalty is to results and to Zaun, in that order. With a mechanical arm that runs on Shimmer cartridges and a poker face that has ended negotiations on its own, she is Silco's enforcer, fixer and bluntest advisor: the one person who tells him to his scarred face that the Jinx girl is a liability. Sevika is the undercity's working class made weapon — unglamorous, indestructible, and always still standing when the smoke clears.
